INCLUDES 45 minute Pilates class guided by Sian, where movement will be working with the breath and not against it, focusing on core strength, alignment and posture. Restorative Sound Bath held by Sunni. This multi-instrumental sound bath provides you with a space to rest, settle and drop into a held state of relaxation. Private Sauna Session at Sea Scrub Sauna where you can melt away any remaining tension from the body and soothe any achy muscles. Cancellation Policy
🔁 Cancellations, Credits & Refunds • Event tickets are strictly non-refundable. • All purchases are non-refundable. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session start time will result in the session being forfeited. • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a credit to use towards a future session. • Failure to attend a booked session (no-show) will result in the session being forfeited. • Credits must be used within the original validity period of your class pass or block. ⏰ Late Arrival • Late arrivals may not be admitted if it disrupts the class. • No refunds or credits will be given for late arrival. 🤰 Pregnancy • Clients who are pregnant must inform the instructor prior to attending. • Medical clearance may be required. ⚠️ Assumption of Risk • Pilates involves physical activity and carries a risk of injury. • By attending, you confirm you are fit to participate or have sought appropriate medical advice. • You take full responsibility for your participation. • Sian Lucy Pilates is not liable for injury, loss, or damage sustained during or after sessions, except where required by law. 🔄 Class Changes & Outdoor Events • Sian Lucy Pilates reserves the right to change instructors or cancel/reschedule classes due to illness, low attendance, or unforeseen circumstances. • For outdoor events, every effort will be made for the session to go ahead as planned. • If weather conditions prevent this, the event will be rescheduled once. • If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you will be issued one credit to use towards a future event. 👥 Minimum Numbers • Sessions may require a minimum number of participants. • If this is not met, the class may be rescheduled and you will be notified in advance.
